In a packaging and bottling production lines, conveyors and rotary tables move the containers from machine to machine to produce a finished product. Rotary tables provide staging of empty containers to feed the line, and accumulate completed product in preparation for shipping. In a complex, high volume packaging line, conveyors and rotary tables also serve as buffer zones to assure consistent flow. Conveyors are also used as cooling zones. They can split moving containers into separate lines, or combine containers from multiple lines into a single line.

Our standard conveyors and rotary tables are heavy duty, manufactured in stainless steel for long life and easy maintenance. They are height adjustable and feature variable speed motors to fit into almost any existing production line. We also manufacture our conveyors and rotary tables in other materials, such as HDPE, to accommodate special customer, product or environmental requirements.
