The RFC-2000-SI is a fully automatic triblock filling machine designed for olive oil and other light cooking oils. It will air rinse, fill and cap up to 2,000 glass bottles per hour (0.75 ml). In the first stage, 12 grippers take the bottles through the rotary air rinser. The second stage is a 14 nozzle rotary vacuum filler. The final stage closes the bottle with an aliminum cap and a single head screw capper. It comes complete with one set of stars and feed-screw, cap feeder Ø 500, electric box in S/S AISI 304 (with electric power 3 phase; 230/400 Volts; 50 Hz and low voltage on control panel board 24 V) and all necessary parts, built in accordance with the most late EEC. It handles one kind of bottle and one kind of cap. Optional supplementary set of stars and feed-screw for different cylindrical/square bottles are available.

Technical Features:

• The body of the machine is completely made in AISI 304 stainless steel and is mounted on adjustable height feet in order to get an easy assembling to the rest of the bottling plant..
• Safety guarding with front and back doors, built in accordance to EEC laws. In the case of doors opening the machine stops.
• Plates support bottles and hood of pistons built in AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Filling nozzles, central tank and all parts in contact with the product built in AISI 304 stainless steel or food-safe sanitary material.
• Filling system with vacuum and product recycling in separate tank with pump.
• Piston lifting bottles with mechanical movement by cam and spring.
• Manual regulation of the height both for rinser, filler and capper.
• Electric regulation of the speed by inverter.
• Electrical microswitch stop the machine in case of problems on the star so as not break any bottles.
• Electrical photocell is positioned at the enterance; the machine doesn’t run when there are no bottles.
• Electrical photocell is positioned on the exit: in case of problem on the bottling plant the machine stops.
• Electrical photocell stop the machine when the caps feeder is completely empty to avoid any bottles passing through the machine without being closed. The machine automatically starts working when the caps feeder is full again.
• Control panel with auxiliaries service at 24 volts

This is an automatic labeler that distributes heat shrinkable capsules and closes them automatically with thermo head. It will also apply front and back self adhesive laves on glass bottles.
